iPhone sayes "couldn't load the secpack data" (was: Help...)
I tried upgrading my firmware from 1.02 to 1.1.1. I used idemocracy coz i dont have a mac. I went to a carwash that is a wifi zone coz again, i only have a dsl connection, tapos i already revirginized my phone, installed version 1.1.1, symlink, tested the jailbreak, then the whole process was interupted because the carwash was about to close for the night. Then i went to my friends house to continue it but my iphone was not activated and itunes cannot read it and was telling me to go to an apple dealer. so i tried using appsnapp...i was able to access the home screen, i installed anysim from appsnapp but it did not worked, i installed anysim using idemocracy and used it but while "dumping NOR" a message appeared saying " couldn't load the secpack data"...Anu gagawin ko guys...need your brains badly!

Re: Help...
As soon as you are able to jailbreak your phone, please do not forget to install BSD subsystem and OpenSSH as it says on the tutorial link provided by Sir zeroc0ol

Re: Help...
At some point, yes. I am aware that these are mainly needed when you connect to your iPhone via wifi, but better play safe that sorry. Anysim may take longer than usual but I think 20 mins of waiting time is pretty long already. I have unlocked 6 units already and so far I have not yet experienced waiting for anysim to finish that long.

IMEI should at least show an invalid one. No IMEI at all is a completely different story. ICCID will only show up if you have a sim inserted into your iPhone. Other than that, it should pretty much give you correct information in all fields
