Default iphone app problems / questions: airshare & holdem

    Hi,

    1) I got airshare but I have no idea how to set this up. I went to the website and there's no decent help or how to article on it. The forum just has questions about problems/issues. Anyone know of any website on this?

    2) My HoldEm recently started to act weird. I open holdem and then it shuts down. Sometimes the app next to it pops open after it shuts down. I open holdem again and then it works fine. Has this happened to anyone else? If so, what'll work to fix it?

    Thanks in advance!

Hi jor, try checking the help in the airshare app itself. it's pretty detailed and gives step by step instructions on how to set it up. generally, you have to have your iphone and computer (desktop or laptop) in the same wireless network so you can move files to and from the iphone.

I'm trying to recall the steps by memory (this is for connecting it with a mac comp)...

1, You need a wifi connection
2, Open the Air Sharing app, at the bottom you'll see a server address
3, On the Menu bar (on your mac) click on Go> Connect to Server ---- Then type the address on the app
4, Something like this should appear

    5. Then just drag the files to the folder/ App

Is your version of Hold 'Em the latest? I remember being prompted for an update in iTunes.

If it's the already latest version, then I suggest that you simply delete the Hold 'Em app from your iPhone and sync with iTunes again so that a fresh install is made. If the problem recurs, you might want to delete the Hold 'Em app from both your iPhone and iTunes and simply download it anew. After all, iTunes allows the redownloading of apps you already purchased at no extra cost.

    Hope this helps.

Ok I'll try although the help actually confused me. Maybe I'm getting old.

I'll check if there's an update although I don't recall getting such a message recently. Or maybe I AM getting old
