Guys, I'm planning to get an iPhone 3G from California, USA.

Can the iPhone 3G be unlocked here in the Philippines?

If yes, can you recommend certain shops where I can unlock the

iPhone 3G?

as of to date, no software can unlocked iPhone 3G (2.0 version), be patient until ziphone unlock it

I don't think there's an unlock available. There wont be until units arrive and they find out the firmware.

In my opinion I think I would patiently wait for them to develop an unlock rather than use Zibri's unelegant way of unlocking things..
