Installer.app Icon is missing

I installed a battery skin and some games and restarted the iPhone then boom, the installer.app is gone.

Should I use the ZiPhone again ?

Anybody here experienced this before ?

it may be hidden? try ziphoning it again, but it may crash your not virgin iPhone, unless you restore it.

It's probably hidden. If you really can't find it, try to re-jailbreak your iPhone again =)

try installing 'poof' and unhide from there. hth.

k, I'll try that poof thing.

And not only the installer.app is missing, but also 4 other icons as well..

I'ved check the root of my iPhone, the installer.app folder is still there.

This happened to me (not the installer.app icon) but I used the hide icon application that let's me access the apps inside another app so that it won't be cluttered, but when I want it back to the home screen, it disappeared so I have to restore and reinstall, no biggie

no need to restore just go to installer - uninstall - tapos alisin niyo lang ang na install niyong poof or apps na nag hihide ng mga apps at icon at babalik lahat sa ayus pati installer. like for example ung category na apps pag uninstall mo yun babalik lahat sa springboard ang icon na nakahide.

I just got my Installer.app icon back.

I jailbreak it again.

Sadly, my sources are all gone..

oh well..
