Help pls 111 to 114

Hello. Our friend Ed Velarde is now in Singapore. Used to help me upgrade my iphone. Now that he's away, am looking for someone to help me upgrade my phone to 114. Can anyone recommend someone you trust pls?

bro, yesterday i just update my iphone from v1.0.2 to v1.1.4, just download ang install v1.1.4 using itunes, it will automatically installed aftyer download completes...let it finish...

download also the ziphonev3.0, this one application will do everything to make it works back again...just press "DO IT ALL"...it will detect your iphone and flash it..
let it finish and your done...

wow, that easy? any risk? my unit has a lot of files and apps, wil the upgrade affect my present setup?

noope, as upgrading itself, all your apps will be lost, just install it again once completed...

back-up your files and take note of all your apps (and their corresponding sources) on installer.

when i upgraded a friend's iPhone to 1.1.4 yesterday, the data was untouched after the upgrade but the 3rd party apps were wiped out -- if this happens, just add all the sources you need, and install the apps. HTH, good luck.

By the way, have a separate thread re my prob with syncing. My unit wont sync with my new MB, with a Leopard. Previously, I was using Tiger, with no sync prob whatsoever... any ideas?

if by directory you mean your contacts -- sync with address book app first. same with the photos, sync with iPhoto. secure these first THEN upgrade. good luck.

Finally made it. My iPhone is now 1.1.4 using iTunes restore and ziphone 3.0
Though the instructions is for ziphone 2.5c just considered a few adjustments. It worked well in the end. Here's the link....
