My iPhone got locked after updating.
I bought it locked and after installing apptap, itunes restored my iPhone.
After restoring, it is now locked and asking for an AT&T card.
Please help me unlock my iPhone again.
Please give instructions or point me in the right direction.

Re: Help! - my iPhone got locked! You update to what?? 1.0.2? If yes its not lock you just need to flash lockdown files to prevent it from asking to activate or if you're in mac just activate it again using independence

it is now locked and saying activate and connect to itunes.
ive been searching and it seems there are so many methods.
Please point me to the easiest and "best" way.

Re: Help! - my iPhone got locked! Assuming it was already unlocked before, simply run Independence and you should be ok.

2. iPhone state before problem (locked, unlocked)
2a. unlock type
3. Action done to cause problem.

im not sure of the version but it was already unlocked (anySIM). ive been using for more than a month now. i installed app tap a while ago as advised by a friend who recently bought iPhone. after installing, error message popped ...
