    Default Help "error reading ipod" message

    HELP ME PLEASE!!! i tried unlocking my ipod touch using ziphone... but i dint restore it on itunes... coz i dint have an internet conection at the time... i went straight ahead to the ziphone app and pressed the "jailbreak & activate" button... tapos it did say that it was successfully jailbroken but it wnt to this screen that said connect to itunes... but wen i do it says "error reading ipod" how do i fix it? i cant restore kase i tunes dosnt even want to recognize my touch... PLS HELP ME!!! im going nuts here... thank you in advance..

    try entering recovery mode

    here's what to do:

    1.connect your ipod to itunes
    2.hold the power button and the menu button simultaneously and wait until an apple logo appears or a spinning wheel perhaps? just not sure just wait till something happens
    3.you will enter into recovery mode, your itunes will detect your ipod as a new ipod and unfortunately all your music and videos will be gone, from then on restore or update your ipod
    4.problem fix

    add:
    if you're going to jailbreak your ipod please make sure that you already have read on how to jailbreak successfully, research first before you do something that you're not sure of, ipods dont need to be activated, you should only use the "jailbreak only" option
