Why license and make their own branded iPod when people can get it from Apple directly? Why would anyone bother to get an HP iPod rather than an Apple iPod? It isn't even cheaper. I don't see the point. Do they just want to ride on Apple's coat tails and be associated with the iPod?

Definitely shows a lot. hp does hate microsoft in such a way just like other computer companies especially ibm. all except DELL!
Hmmmm... I don't really know how corporations can have emotions such as hate. I don't think HP can hate Microsoft considering they profit from products that are supported by Microsoft...
HP built on Apple's iTunes and integrated it to Windows Media Center - something that Apple will not do. This, IMHO, is a welcome move for those Windows-obsessed folks out there!
