Getting Album Art Automatically

how do i get the album art of the song i've imported into itunes? is there a windows version of this solution as well?

i usually search for the album / artist on amazon's or tower records' sites and drag the image (album art) into the box provided for it in itunes. Don't know if it's the same procedure in windows.
