Extracting Songs From iPhone/iPhone3G

guys do you know any free software to extract songs from the iPhone/iPhone3G or is this talk not allowed? my iPhone3G is associated with a different computer and I can't access my audio files anymore and i'm using a new computer now.

I use iPhoneview and podworks in my MAC... its not free though..

DiskAid is free. But PhoneView is more powerful.

I use SharePod in Windows and Senuti on the Mac.

Any one knows how to backup/extract contacts from Iphone?

I assume you've synced your iPhone with your mac via Address Book. Once synced with Address Book, open it then click File > Export > Address Book Archive (for backup) or Export vCard
