DVD to iphone converter software

guys may i ask some of the free DVD to iphone converter software, I am using one the cucusoft converter but this is a trial version,when im playing the video already to my phone, it has a "Trial Version"in the center of the screen.LoL! do you have any free DVD converter.so that i can also enjoy watching movies in my phone.
