DualDisc and Macs
I purchased a DualDisc album from the US recently and am having problems playing it on a Mac. For those who aren't familiar with the medium, DualDisc has both a CD side and a DVD side all in one 2-sided disc. So I should be able to play one side as a DVD and one side as a CD.
Anyways, I've tried using it on both an iBook and a Pbook and the CD side of the disc won't play. On the other hand, the DVD side plays with no problem. Same goes for the PC laptop I tried it with.
Anyone else have this problem? Are there noted compatibility issues between Macs and DualDiscs?
I don't have a normal CD player with me so I can't test if ti works on a normal stereo system.

It might not be an issue with Dual Disc. Rather, the CD side may have some form of copy protection that prevents it from playing on a computer.

There is a reminder included with the DualDisc that states that it should play on most computers but may not work with others. I think if I can purchase another DualDisc to see if it will work with the computers or not that would probably a better gauge of the problem is with the player or the disc itself.
