1.) Put Screen Protector... [Preferably i-gmask mo yan pero ma blur konti screen]
2.) Put Silicon Case bec. it lessen the shock when you drop it. d tulad ng crystal case mbilis mabasag.
3.) Never put it on too high or too cold temps, like in a car w/o aircon on.
4.) Remember to turn off you iPod
5.) Don't shake your iPod when it's reading the HD baka masira.
6.) Remember to remove it from the case baka mag overheat when you are moving a large collection of musics and videos.
    7.) take care of it.
Yun lang.. you can use that for three-four years na.

Don't buy one if you won't go beyond 16GB of music, video, pics or other types of data

    Couldn't agree more.

my 4G iPod has taken a lot of punishments and it's still running.

Just take good care of your iPods....Mine is quite old and it hasn't let me, down not one bit.

I wanted to get an iPod video when it was released but decided not too, not until my iPod is beyond repair.

i have a 3G iPod and the new iPod Classic. the 3G was able to take lots of punishments from me. it has lots of scratches at the back and even some in the front. well it has gone with me at all my trips. it is built really tough. well if you want it to look really brand new do put protection at the back because the chrome art can easily be scratched. oh put screen protector if you are very oc with the screen.

Thanks to all of your experiences with your IPOD tell me more about it. I deeply aprriciate it.

Last October 28, I just bought a 160GB Classic and I want to prolong the life span.

I used it for collection of pics, videos, documents storage and music .

It was a great experience having an IPOD especially when you travel and sometimes doing nothing it keeps you company with your favorite movie collection and musics.

Also seeing pictures that you taken and moved you from your previous travel abroad or local trips that u always cherish with your love ones.

It is indeed a good decision for me to buy this gadget, I thought it was only a fad that only a spoiled brats wants to have when I 1st heard it.

I was wrong after asking other people what was the use?

Its more of an attitude and lifestyle with important functionality that makes the IPOD valuable to some people especially now a days with fast pace life with demanding requirements whether in school or work.

It was worth the price to entertain people and acompanying them especially with individuals alone for a while or far away from their significant love ones.

if your ride a motorcycles, here are some things i've learned in the 1 year my 30 gig ipod video as my riding companion...

    - 3m reclosable fasteners... kinda like velcro but both sides are made of plastic... awesome grip... you stick one onto the back of your ipod and the other onto your bike (mine is on a tankpad)... it'll keep your ipod within earbud reach of your helmet without tangling you up...
    - cling wrap... perfect for wrapping the ipod incase it rains...
    - the following earbuds work great even with a loud vtwin engine and wind noise at "decent" riding speed: philips noise cancelling earbuds, senn cx and vmoda bassfreq...
    - it's best to have your music in manually made playlists... a long straight road is boring enough... riding one while listening to blank & jones will put you to sleep faster that you can say chillout...
    - retractable earphone cable extenders goes a long way in cable management...
    - if you dunk yourself, your bike and all your gear into a raging river, do the bike 1st... it's best to have your ride home running than to have your music while you wait for rescue (which never comes in the deep mountains)... on the plus side, my ipod survived the river incident...

as you can pretty much tell, i'm not the wrap it a sarcophagus of protection kind of guy... but i did have those plastic film things installed on it because it came free when i got the ipod...

~ cycle your battery atleast once a month if you're a heavy user
~ film protectors can keep your ipod look clean and nice
~ don't let your unit get wet
    ~ don't drop it
~ don't sit on it or put in in your back pocket
~ don't load files beyond your unit's capacity
