    Default Cydia Packager Looks To Replace Installer.app

    It looks like the Installer.app will be replaced by Cydia Packager http://iclarified.com/entry/index.php?enid=742

    out of curiosity, i installed this. its faster than Installer 3.0. Packages are still limited and didn't explore too much.

    What's noticeable is that there is no need to install BSD Subsystem. I tried to install OpenSSH and i had no issue encountered.

    update: My Iphone was still working even though i cant see my Applications anymore when i SSH earlier, i knew it was just moved for me by Cydia but i cant seem to locate it at that time.

    well my Iphone is back and alive installing Apps from both Installer and Cydia.. now ihave two..

    well the fact that it is an open source project makes it very promising, i'll be keeping an eye out for more news about it before installing it.

    it's not that i don't want the option of having 2 installers but i'm afraid it'll look messy? ahehehe O.C. eh
