Crack on iPhone 3G Case

OK, it is a crack on my iPhone 3G case, not on the iPhone

are cases covered by warranty, i mean on incidents like this? the crack just appeared without me dropping the phone, there is no damage on the phone itself.

the case is a Griffin Nu Form. The crack is on the bridge(?) between the headphone jack and the volume. I bought it from PowerMac Greenbelt a week after the launch.

Pardon me if i do not have any picture, i am too lazy to pop up the camera or light up photobooth

i am planning on bringing it this weekend to the store, i just want to be prepared with my arguments

i would suggest try to bring it back to the store you bought it from WITH THE RECEIPT.
not sure what they will do since i'm not very familiar with their store policy on returns but what have you got to loose. just be frank with them and i'm sure you'll come to a positive outcome....

yap that is exactly what i will do. i just want to be prepared, for a just in case. contrary to the experience of others, my experience with power mac is generally satisfying
