Default Class Action Suit [of iPod owners] Against Apple

    Hi,

I am wondering if anyone is aware of the status on the suit filed against Apple by 1st, 2nd, and 3rd gen Ipod owners?

My interest is that i own a 3rd get which falls within the bounds and i was wondering if this will be honored here in the Philippines as well?

    Any idea?

You can read the iPod settlement here. The settlement only covers "All persons or entities residing in the United States who purchased or obtained a First, Second, or Third Generation iPod on or before May 31, 2004."
