Can't drag songs and videos from itunes to iphone

i cant seem to drag my songs and videos to the iphone.... the only songs that i could transfer are the ones that are included in the playlist. Please help.... my son needs his cassie videos in the morning... many thanks!

make a playlist of the albums/songs you want to be in your iPhone.

then, in the iPhone tab, check the 'dowload only the checked ...' and check the playlist (sorry for terms, im not in front of my Mac now).

same procedure for videos.

so theres no way for me to drag entire albums to the iphone without making a seperate playlist for it.... if thats so, then how can i make the coverflow to work, if i dont have albums? many thanks!

just drag those albums to the playlist you created (coverflow should work).

As of now, you really have to make a playlist to sync it with your iPhone.
