Can Somebody help unlock my iphone

Really sorry for this post but believe you me I tried searching the forums to find an exact same scenario of my troubled iphone but couldn't find a direct answers to my questions, so please bear with me.

I got this iphone here in Baguio for 27,000 pesos version 1.0.2 I believed it was already unlock when I bought it since I can use my Smart sim card(I'm just not sure what method was use when it was unlocked.) The sales lady informed me not to update to 1.1.1 as it will render my phone unusable. I strictly followed not upgrading to 1.1.1 but when I found out from googling that you can install 3rd party apps by using Ibrickr, I immediately installed ibrickr and started downloading applications. The applications seems to work fine, no problem there for 3 days, however when I downloded an application from Ibrickr called "SummerBoard 1.1.1 valpha", my iphone started going nuts. It kept on on refreshing like you know how when you just installed an application and it will refresh, but this time the refreshing never stops. I tried uninstalling the SummerBoard 1.1.1 vaplha via Ibricker but it doesn't seem to work. Finally I resolved that maybe the best thing to do is to Restore the phone. So I restored it by following the guidelines I read on this forum(yah know with the hold down "Shift button" stuff), and I thought I should also unlock the phone so I can again use my Smart Sim card. So jumping to conclusion I downloaded anySIM v1.1(via Ibrickr), it was too late when I read a note that says "Free yourself from ATT! Please note that this version works only on VIRGIN 1.0.2 or 1.1.1 phones. We are working on a re-virginizer. DO NOT USE IF YOU HAVE ALREADY UNLOCKED WITH ANYSIM 1.0."

So right now I really don't know what to do to unlock my phone so I can use my Smart Sim card again. Please I call to the many good Samaritan in this forum to help me out in restoring my iphone to usability. I beg you please.....I love my iphone

I'm stuck in the page where I can see an image of Planet Earth and it says ""Activate iPhone" connect to iTunes, but when I do try to connect to iTunes, it says "iPhone activations are unavailable at this time"...And the sliding button also has a note which says "slide for emergency"... May solution pa ba? Sana tulungan nyo naman ako please... Thanks in advance.

Connect your phone to your PC via the USB cable. Run the AppTapp Installer or in iBrickr, click the FREE my iPhone button if you see it. After that, run PACAY. Then you're good to go.

Bro its already unlock if you only restore to 1.0.2 all you need to do is use your ibricker to jailbreak and activate it. read instructions where you download ibricker..

I still can't seem to use my smart sim card after jailbraking it via ibrickr. I can only access the phone page for emergency call. Weird thing is I can browse in the ibrickr where it says "ready to customize your iPhone" with all the 4 options are showing such as
1.ringtones
2. Sounds
3.Appilcations
4.Files

But I still dont get any signal from my smart Sim Card
I wonder if installing the anySIM v1.1 earlier after jailbrake did the damage
Sorry guys, didn't mean to burden you with my problem but I really dont know what to do from hereon

The first time I did this jailbraking was fine, it was 3 days ago when i staretd downloading these apps. But now, it just doesn't seem to work, specially with getting signal from my Smart provider.
