Call not possible using SMART SIM

I tried calling someone using my SMART sim, i get this when calling "Your number cannot be completed as dialled check number....." I tried changing combination for example: 0919-0000000 to +63919-0000000 but still no go. I can receive and send SMS no problem at all but with "Balance Inquiry" haven't received any. So anyone out there having the same issue? I already tried using another SIM to my Iphone works fine "GLOBE". The odd thing when i tried inserting my SMART sim to another phone tried calling and even received sms doing balance inquiry. Anyone encountered this issue?

have you tried inserting another smart sim and tried calling the same no?

Just an update i went out and buy another SMART sim still getting same issue also i tried inserting a SUN sim getting same issue so its my iphone that is having issues. Oh my such a waste anyone having same issue or any fix?

1. maybe a sim problem
2. own number problem
3. called party number has a problem
4. called party is unreachable
5. network problem
6. carrier system mishap

like skinhead's suggestion, try using anohter sim and see how it goes.

i think smart and SUN are together? if not, then thats one problem. if yes! , better try other network.

I felt bad just discovered this issue with my iphone, how come with GLOBE everything is fine. The issue is only with SMART and SUN.

After all the tweaks of the phone settings i was able to fix the problem!!!
