I have a hard time which am going to prioritize to invest midrange earphones or Ipod cases like ISkin's.
What do you think is worth investing?

invest for clear skins first or either gmask or gelaskin, ipod's back part can be scratched so easily.
for cases i recommend speck cases, i have the speck see-thru

Re: Which is the best to invest Ipod Case or Earphones case/sleeve/skin first. protect your gadget first. it's very annoying when your ipod has a noticeable scratch. while saving enough moolah for an audiophile earphone, you can use the OTB apple earphone for a while. just my two cents.

A screen protector and something for shock absorption. Having said that i wouldnt spend a lot of money on that. Earphones will greatly enhance your enjoyment of the ipod more than skins. I dont mind my ipod looking ratty as long as it doesnt break down. But for me better headphones are a world away from the stock ones.

Re: Which is the best to invest Ipod Case or Earphones personally, i use my ipod to listen to music first, and admire second. To me, its a music player first and foremost, not an objet d' art.
Id ALWAYS go for an unprotected ipod with a Grado sr80 or Shure e4c over a gmasked, skinned and armored ipod with the stock earbuds.
But thats just me.17" MBP --> Windows 7 --> Android Smartphone
