Default "Baka sakali" Question on cancelling SMS

    Hi guys!

I believe everyone here has experienced this; and would want to know how the others are doing this.

Is this a way to cancel an on-going SMS message?

I've had a lot of sent SMS which I could have edited or decided while on the fly to have it cancelled. Using other cell - I can easily do this by hitting the On/Off button (which I can't do with the iphone) or cancelling the message itself (i remember doing this on one of my previous phones)

    Tanong lang...

    Thanks!

i have the same frustration. I don't think it's possible at this time. Hopefully an upgrade or an appliacation will come up in the near future that would enable an sms cancellation. Well, nothing's perfrect, even for the so-called messiah celfone. Despite the flaws, i still love my iPhone.

Same here! Still love my iPhone..

Just benchmarking with the other people in the forum - most of the people here are too creative that they "might" already have a "workaround" to this...he he he

yeah i know. I guess the best thing to do is pray hard that you won't "accidentally" send the "wrong" message to a boss or girlfriend, or to your wife. Hehe.

it's pretty easy to scroll through the whole composed message (just drag to scroll), before sending it. a little proofreading helps prevent these sms 'accidents'

If you have fat fingers pressing the "P" can sometimes hit the Send button

Especially if your boss happens to be your girlfriend, or your wife happens to be your boss, or any other permutation of the above.

had a patient recently who had a similar predicament. one morning he woke up with his member "dismembered." good thing we were able to put it back again. i hope this won't happen to any iPhone user. hehe.
