How do I buy something from the apple store in iTunes if I dont have a credit card with a billing add on the countries it is available. Anyways to do this? Thanks for the help.

Bro if you dont have credit card..use debit card most banks offers it.. unionbank for example their eon card

That link only mentions how to open an account. I've been able to open two accounts in two different iTunes Stores already by redeeming gift cards when I traveled to those countries. So can you attach a credit card to that account, even if the CC is not billed to an address in that country where the iTunes Store operates?
