Uhm, in computer shops? Isn't that where you'd find RAM? You should try Villman, PCExpress, etc. RAM is pretty easy to buy.

To get the exact specs and to benchmark pricing, go to memoryx.com.

You could also go to the Apple retailers like AppleCenter and LMK.

i was hinting for the mother lode of all computer shops, one where you could buy cheap yet excellent memory. kinda like Datablitz makati for console gamers where you could buy console games for a cheaper price compared to toy kingdom...

thre was a posting for a 1gb ram earlier this week. i think it was around 13k with warrnty. not sure lang who was selling it.
