Default Keeping your Cinema Display Clean/Protected

I tried searching for any previous discussions on the subject but only came up with posts on protecting Powerbooks/IBooks. Please feel free to delete this post and point me to the right direction if this topic has been touched before.

Anyway, can anyone recommend a good LCD display protector or cover that can help keep a 20" Apple Cinema Display relatively dust-free and somewhat protected from scratches or smudges when not in use? Maybe something similar to PC dust covers or preferably something like those Radtech Screensaverz for the iMac and Powerbooks/IBooks.

Also, I would love to hear how you guys take care of your Apple Displays

    Default Relax ka lang!

It will get dusty believe me. I have my house keeper vacumm the table once a week:yes: I turn off the system when this is done. I do not have time to cover the unit since i never turn it off.....its always on 24/7. Only on cleaning days does it get a chance to get turned off. Do you turn off you landline? its always on right!!!:winkgrin::winkgrin: And if I cover my system while its on, she might suffocate!!!:eek::eek: .....and that's because the system is warm when its on. so don't lose sleep, enjoy your system!!!

that's a sweet setup, manilaman! thanks for the tip the cinema display gets turned off a lot when i leave the house so a little protection when i'm not home can't hurt, i guess.

Try Wile E. Coyote's favorite company ACME. Excellent stuff.

(Actually the company is called ACME MADE, but I like to call it just ACME).

That's a nice cover! Thanks for the link, Adel.

I found another one from the Tucano website but no info on how this can be ordered/purchased online:

Does anyone know if these covers can be bought locally?

Unfortunately no known dealers for Acme Made here. Your only options are to order online or get someone in the States to buy you the stuff and mail or handcarry it back.
