Default How to record video with new iMac built-in iSight

Hi all, tried searching for an answer to my question but nothing came up...

Just wondering if there was any way to record video from the built in iSight on the new iMac G5. I know this is possible with the stand alone iSight (using the iSight capture of iMovie), but cant find a way to make it work with the one on the new iMac.

Anyone know of any programs that can do this? Or a way to do it with iMovie?

    Thanks!

iMovie capture (as of now) does NOT work with the built-in isight camera. believe that ONE reason why, is that the connection within the iMac is actually USB instead of FW.

alternatives: ivezeen (USD15) quicktime Pro (USD30), iChatAV (Free... read article below)

    Hmmm.. Very interesting...

I guess the best way to determine this (built-in iSight is USB) is to take a look what it says in 'About This Mac' if the iSight shows up as part of the USB instead of the normal Firewire.

thanks i'll check out those alternatives. iChatAV still needs to go through iMovie so that option is out...
