Hi Reggie,
Nice!!!
Can you have the Apple KB and Mouse painted black also from ColorWare to match the black Mini? I was looking at their web site and saw the colored G5 iMacs with matching KB and Mouse but I couldn't find details if you could order the colored KB and mouse separately.

why would you need them painted when you can also get them in original black at no extra cost?

i find the colorwarepc site quite expensive when they charge for what they do... i got more favors from people that they like the original "immaculate" white of apple than the blazing blue or the other colors being offered
my :2cents:

Sir Penmanila,
It's getting harder now to get the Apple Pro KB (with black keys) and black mouse. Everything from Apple now is so white (but they really look good paired with the white iMac and mini.)
Anyway, I just wanted to have keyboard and mouse like the one with the Carbon iMac.

And I would also like a keyboard that would compliment the G5 and PB, similar to the Steel iMac.

I agree with you regarding the paint coming off. But I think ColorWare doesn't paint the keys (they remain white). I'm guessing that they open up the KB and mouse and paint the transparent part from the inside (ala RC).
I also use non-Apple KB and mouse (i hate one-button mouse). I'm just a little OC, I just like the idea of an all Apple set-up.
Thanks for your inputs.

ok, i understand. (am using a black pro keyboard and mouse myself, with my bondi blue imac.)
the only problem is, if you get the keyboard painted, at some point that paint is going to come off. ok lang sa body ng mini, but the keyboard is a heavy-duty-usage object; i also wonder how the letters and numbers in the keys will survive the paint job--will you paste them on afterward, or paint around them? buti pa talaga siguro, find a nice black USB keyboard, maski hindi apple--i'm sure there will be quiet a few of them. just my two cents'.
