Default Yellowish tint on PowerBook LCD

Just got a Powerbook 12/133 and I noticed that the screen is a bit on the "warm" side of the spectrum compared to my older iBook. Its quite annoying especially when viewing photos such as from DJ's recent photo shoot w/ the ladies. Anybody w/ the same spec'd PowerBook notice this?

I tried using Apple's built-in calibration tool, but I still can't find the sweet spot (darker PC-like gamma, and a "cooler" tint).

I have a 12" 1Ghz so don't know if this applies, but using Display Prefs - Color, I calibrated my screen for 2.2 TV Gamma (Target Gamma) then Native Target White Point. Name the profile and select it. This gave me a cooler (maybe even crisper) display.

    HTH.

I just noticed the same thing on my powerbook. Actually it was my friend who noticed it. Then last nigth with the light closed I had my Powerbook (1.33GHz) beside one from my office (1.67GHz) and my screen was yellowish compared to the other one which was white.
