About LinkBacksi recently bought an ibook g3 700mhz, i'm planning to upgrade it. can anyone help me find a 512mb ram for this? what's the specs of the this kind of ram? it confuses me to this day coz of those acronyms (so-dimms, sdram, etc.)

You need a PC 133 (144 pin) SDRAM SODIMM RAM.
You can buy on-line from here if you can't find it locally.
