Q: Powerbook Battery

Im used to plug my powerbook to the wall socket until wee hours in the morning, sometimes even until I wake up the following day. Will this lessen the battery life of my powerbook? At present a full charge lasts for 3h and 40min. When I got my powerbook 2 months ago, a full charge would last for 4h to 4h and 30min. I calibrate my battery once in a while naman.
