one of the main reasons i replaced my macbook was because this thing in me is telling me that i can get more for it now than i can if i wait for the next gens. hehehe. that's just me though.

regarding buying a new mac, i think i have to be patient this time. ill try waiting for the new more powerful mac this september. thanks philmuggers!

Just a suggestion, get one now and then wait for the newer ones to come out that have Quad Core Processors and the new NVIDA graphics. Which will supposedly be about second quarter of 2010. Plenty of time to save up!

just had a chat with out local DHL office, it's either i pick the MBP13 up later this afternoon or wait for it's deliver to my office tomorrow... ofcourse i'll pick it up! it's going to be worth the long drive!

Handling fee = 5.00
Additional handling fee (for laptops, etc.) 50.00

Using Johnny Air will be cost-beneficial especially if you're eyeing the 15" MBP 2.8GHz or the 17" MBP.

My contact with Johnny Air says that their fees cover taxes, custom duties, etc.

You may also want to try other couriers.
