Default Just got my new PB 12 1.5ghz!

Just got my new PB 12, 1.5ghz, SD!

Thanks longbeard! It was a smooth transaction. It pays to trust a person i only know on the web. Truly reliable! Got my receipt pa!

When my sked is less busy, i will try to "explore" the new PB. I still have to transfer and organize files from my old PB.

For now, I will still be with my former "wife", PB 12, 1ghz, 40gb, SD, 256mb. It's hard to let go of a very reliable and amazing machine! How do I "divorce" my "wife" with whom I have deep relationship for one year?

But soon, it will be me and my new PB!

And perhaps sell my "former wife" someday!

    Thanks again, longbeard!

Since you have 2 PBs for awhile at least, can you do us all a favor and check if there is a difference between the trackpad on the new PB vs. the old one?

Some have been reporting some issues with the new scrolling trackpads...

I also received the new 12" 1.5 PB last Sunday, my boss sent it through someone from the US.

I have confirmed that there are indeed quirks with the trackpad. I left it on for quite a while last night, and when I touched the spacebar to wake it up, mouse tracking was terribly slow. I left it again, and the next time I woke it up, it was back to normal. Happened twice last night.

Tried comparing the two. Trackpad is working perfectly. No glitches whatsoever. It is performing like my old PB.

The scroll feature of the new PB is remarkable. I just put my two fingers on the trackpad, move either horizontally or vertically, and there, screen starts to scroll...smoothly!

I am a satisfied mac user with this new machine!

Hehe. Don't tempt me, i might really decide selling my former wife.

Especially now that I just finished transferring files from my old PB.

Now, it's me and my new "wife".

Yeah, why not? I think I should just sell my "ex". Egad, she's a beauty i will surely miss!
