    I need to use a PCMCIA card in my iBook. is there a USB adapter to PCMCIA card slot ?

    None that I'm aware of. Unfortunately, only the PB15"/17" have PC card slots. What kind of PC card is this?

    Cisco Aironet Card, our APs here implement a security scheme and only Cisco based card or the IBM laptops with our stack can get in. WPA is still being tested, so i can wait for now but I have several Aironet cards here so if there is a cheap adapter, ill get one.

    Wouldn't hold my breath on that one Robert !!

    Isn't the speed of a Cardbus just like that of the hard drive and to 'choke' it down to USB speed might be considered illogical? I could be wrong... Dunno, ... just thinking out loud.

    BTW, great to hear from Gino though !! Does that mean Gonz is posting soon ??

    Ah. AiroNet. Yep, you'll definitely need the PowerBooks for that.
