have you tried starting up from your OS CD?

Did the message also have it written in different languages?
Seems to me like the memory is the culprit. Try removing the installed memory if there is one installed, and try rebooting.

ouch. that might hurt...
try this:
1. boot up holding down command and S (until you see a black screen with white text)
2. type in "/sbin/fsck -fy" without the quotes and hit enter
- this initiates a file system check
- copy down results on a piece of paper somewhere
3. type in "/sbin/mount -uw /" without the quotes and hit enter
4. type "exit" without the quotes and hit enter

by the way, what you got is technically called a kernel panic, a KP or a visit from the colonel

I decided to re Install Panther on my 'Book with Archive Install to save my datas on the disk...on the step-by-step procedure the "Select a Destination" step doesn't show any hard drives, maybe it crashed, i don't know what to do...
