Al Powerbook G4 won't eject and mount a cd

hi im havng trouble with my powerbook. i try to convert audio cd to mp3 usin iTunes after 9 songs of convrsion it freezes so i force Quit itunes and it's gone but when i try to eject the cd an error "can't eject "Mad season" in use and can't be ejected" something like that so i restart after restrting the cd won't mount, eject key won't work, itunes cannot detect the cd but i can hear the cdrom keep on spinning kinda busy...i need help

TRY TO RESTART AND HOLD EJECT BUTTON FOR 10 secs. In order to force eject the cd.If not try to call your nearest apple supplier or just bring it to them.it shouldnt be long for them to bring out the stuck cd. BUT PLEASE..... dont do it manually or yourself to force eject the cd.

if that doesnt work, try click-hold mouse button upon restart. pressing the eject button would also help. goodluck
