Remember the good old days when we were using Nokias and you could switching ring profiles easily?

Would anyone know any good Apps that can do this for the iPhone/iOS platform?

You mean change or personalize the ringtone for each and every user or to add new ringtones?

Not really, more like I want to have a "Meeting" ring profile (short beep, lower volume than the regular normal profile), an "Outdoor" ring profile (loud and long rings) etc. etc.

Any ideas?
