Papago was a bit buggy for me, you can also check out Sygic Southeast Asia. Got it on sale, has maps of other countries too.

Sygic I believe only covers Metro Manila. I use Papago for turn by turn and xGPS for off-line moving maps. You have to be JB'd for xGPS.

Checked just to see, Sygic covers the whole of RP, including Vismin.
