I have back-up the garageband files on ipad to my PC but I cannot send it back via Itunes coz windows detected such as folder. Are there any way to transfer it back to Ipad?

How to transfer garageband? Did you back it up as a aiff / wav file or as a GB file ( can't remember what extension is used for GB files) in your PC? A gb file will only work with macs unless you have a pc app that can convert it into a wav file that you can upload back to your iPad via iTunes, which I really doubt.
MBA 11", iMac 20", Macbook 13", iPad2 3Gs + wifi (64GB), iPhone 4 (32GB), iPod Touch 3 (64GB), iPod Touch 2 (8GB), iPod Classic 120GB, iPod w/ Video (60GB), iPod nano, Logic Pro 9 etc.
