Harmony Engine (part of AVOX2 Bundle) not working, everything else does
Hi guys, hope you can help me with my problem. Harmony Engine seems to be broken after I updated to the latest software (downloaded from the Antares website). I have an AVOX 2 bundle and everything else works (Sybil, Aspire, Duo, etc.).
- On Logic 8 It says that the plug-in is unavailable.
- On Pro-Tools 8 it says that "This Trial Has Expired"
Weird thing is that I have Logic 8 and Pro-Tools 7 running on Tiger (10.4.11) on a different drive on my computer and the iLok works just fine. I've tried uninstalling an reinstalling but I get the same thing.
Here are the specs of the rig I'm having problems with:
Snow Leopard 10.6.3
Pro-Tools 8.0.3
Logic 8
2x2.66 Dual-Core Intel Xeon
3GB
btw, I ran the Authorization Wizard and it said that my iLok is already authorized and ready to be used but both Logic and Pro-Tools still refuse to use the plug-in.
TIA

Re: Harmony Engine (part of AVOX2 Bundle) not working, everything else does
I've decided to uninstall harmony engine.
I deleted the plugin from my Waves Plug-In Folder (which did the trick for Pro-Tools).
I deleted the harmony engine components in HD>Library>Audio>Plugins>VST and HD>Library>Audio>Plugins>Components. (I'm assuming this is for Logic). Unfortunately even after this Logic still says that Harmony Engine is not installed. I deleted the audio units cache already and it still says the same thing. Is there another location where it is installed? I noticed that in the Applications folder there is a folder for Auto-Tune EVO (AU, RTAS and VST) with corresponding plug-in files inside but the AVOX 2 AU, RTAS and VST folders have no plug-in files. Are they installed some place else?
TIA.

Sheesh... now I have to update my software just for it to work with Snow Leopard. I have to pay another $59, it ain't so bad but come on, why do we have to pay extra for software we're already paid for to work with the latest OS... wala namang bagong features. Antares FAIL.
