Free Download! 20 Years of Lollapalooza

For those who just love free downloads and music, this one's for you! Spin Magazine has released a compilation of twenty songs from different music artists. I don't know any of them actually but I'd like to experiment listening to them. I don't even know what genre they are playing. But hey, it's free, so what the heck.

It's only valid for the iTunes US Store though. Please share your thoughts about the music after downloading them. Enjoy!

From the lineup, I only know Moby, Jane's Addiction and Sonic Youth. But I do like the band name "!!!" (How would you even say that if you were a radio DJ?)

Anyway, thanks for sharing. Will download this later. I've had some cool musical discoveries from free music compilations like this.

Isobell Campbell used to sing for Belle & Sebastian while Mark Lanegan is the lead singer of Queens of the Stone Age. their collab effort is a critically acclaimed one.

Primus is fronted by bass virtuoso, Les Claypool. very progressive playing style. & a must listen for bassists

Silversun Pickups, on the other hand, were nominated Best New Artist for the Grammy's in 2009. their chick bassist is kinda cute, wears skirts while playing sometimes. not as hot as of D'Arcy of Smashing Pumpkins fame. pero pwede na
