    To the video editors here, what video converter supports playback of h.264 videos

    Mac is a Dual G5 (PPC)

    My Canopus ADVC 110 doesn't support H.264

    what is your objective? To playback h.264 over firewire so you can view it on an external monitor?

    G5 is hardpressed to play H.264.
