Tiled Video Clips (like Brady Bunch)

Hello!

I'm editing a personal video for my mom's birthday on iMovie. I wanted to do a tiled video sequence (like the Brady Bunch). But as it turns out, iMovie doesn't have that effect built-in. I'm not a professional videographer, just some regular girl working on personal video projects for her family and friends.

I was wondering if there are any third party programs I can download that will enhance the effects on my iMovie? I don't think I have the personal capacity to invest in Final Cut. Hehe.

I'm not really familiar with iMovie but I think if you play around with the Picture in Picture feature you can to multiple split screens like this one:
