Does anybody know how to make this video mixer work: Panasonic AG HMX100?

A small TV station I'm helping out bought it for their broadcast needs but can't get any image out. No Panasonic broadcast service center in Manila. They only have one for consumer products.

We're willing to fly in someone who really knows how to operate it, to make it work and teach the technical people. Or we can have the mixer sent to Manila.

What is your exact problem? I can help you with that mixer. Offhand i think it has something to do with the cameras that you are connecting to it. Are you connecting HD cameras or Betacam?

It doesn't display anything at all except for static. They've tried all sorts of input sources already, including Sony mini-dv cameras, Panasonic P2, dvd players. They also tried different connections, such as hdmi, dvi, bnc, but got nothing out.

Have you used this mixer? I'll be there this weekend so I can bring it to manila when I go home.
