    Default Zit zappers

I'm a devoted Mario Badescu Drying Lotion user but am considering other alternatives cause it's so hard to get hold of. Anything you can recommend?

I like using any strong tea tree old solutions, like the ones from Body Shop. I use the blemish stick and the tea tree concealer (which I can't find online).

For emergency situations, try white toothpaste for overnight results.

i think the menthol or peppermint dries up the zit. did this when i was errr....younger (a couple of years back)

it worked sometimes, depending on the severity of the problem. for infected zits, use the proper medication.

my skin gets so sensitive it is almost impossible for me to use the commercial cosmetics - i went through almost the whole range from clearasil to benzac type gels to olay products. also tried a dermatologist-recommended routine.

so far, only one thing works for me: calamansi.

heat one piece (like in a toaster), apply the juice to your face. better straight from the fruit so the fibers act like a scrub. wait until it dries into a sort of mask, then rinse off.

i can also attest to the powers of the calamansi... it can even whiten your face... be prepared though for the sting ... i used to put calamansi all over my face...

Tea tree oil does work. Also try the tea tree oil from Beauty bar. They have a range of tea tree oil products and are reasonably priced.

get the murad spot treatment. it's only P600.

it has a drying effect on the pimples, but it also has licorice so it's great at healing them. the best thing about it is that it's murad... so it's really good for sensitive skin.
