How often do you back up your files?
i was just curious...
i personally back up once a week on rewritable cds. i've never experienced a major system crash, but at work where we used windows 2000, it's a different story. i don't know why, i'm so paranoid about losing data.

In our office, twice a week. One can never tell when the crash will happen. It happened to us already, one day the PCs are doing ok, the following day it wouldn't work and all data and important papers are gone.:sigh:

I back up all my documents at least once a week into an external hard drive. I clone my internal hard drive once a month. There are a number of documents that I modify every day that are financial in nature so I back up these files every day on a flash drive.

after a horrible crash recently, i've been backing-up my work about once a week, documents and photos/videos once a month. recently got a dual-layer DVD burner, and it helps a lot! however, i've been wanting to try burning a dual-layered DVD+R (8 gbs per cd!) but i don't know where to buy them! anyone know where i can find a supplier, or a store that sells by the spindle/box?

I don't back up often enough, which is bad -- especially because I get myself into all these sticky situations where I end up accidentally deleting all my files. Just last week I cleaned out my entire iphoto library without even realizing it. Oops.
