I know the Company Store in Cupertino shouldn't count, but I think it's worth (bragging) mentioning.

A Company Store visit is a must for any Apple fan. It's not your typical store. You'll find a whole load of Apple-logoed items-- from t-shirts, to ball pens, to bags to paper weights. It's a trip (a costly trip at that). Almost all those items are Company Store-only, meaning you can't find them anywhere else.

They also sell all Apple products as well (iPods, CPUs, ACDs, etc.).
