longer 30pin cable for the ipad and itouch

friends,

anybody knows where to buy a longer 30pin cable for the ipad and itouch. the one included in the itouch is very short especially if you want to charge your unit using the 220 volt outlet.

haven't you notice the 220 volt outlet in coffee shops, mcdo, hotel lobby, airport is too far from the place you are sitting and the 30pin cable is not long enough to reach the outlet. so as a solution you move the chair and table close to the outlet and the whole population staring at you.

I suggest to apple to have different lengths of the cable and longest will be around 2 blocks long.

I just repurpose the MagSafe extension cord that came with my MacBook and replace the "duckbill". Barring a purchase of a new/used MagSafe AC Adapter, an extension cord would indeed be your best bet.

How about a power extension cord?

This is a practical solution, and to make it social, specially when all outlets are taken in busy and crowded places like Starbucks, make sure that the extension cord you bring along with you can take more than one plug (the more, the merrier). Great way to make new "friends," if I may say so. Hehe!
