local availability of microsim adapters?

with so many muggers getting iphone 4s, and possibly moving up from other phones that use regular sim cards, microsim adapters have become much sought after, especially by those who want to be able to use their microsims in more than one phone.

some muggers have been offering them in the marketplace (a great service to muggers, thanks!). but my question especially for those without marketplace access yet is, are these adapters now freely available in local shops--say, CDR-king or greenhills? for how much? and where, exactly?

Just buy a spare sim and have it cut. If you can go to greenhills, you can have it cut there. saves you around 40 pesos, and you get a spare prepaid sim. Would work if you have inactive sims too!
