help! no sound coming from ihome ip90

so i got an ihome ip90 a couple of weeks ago. and it worked perfectly with my ipod touch up until yesterday when suddenly there is no sound coming from the speakers. its detected alright because its charging and can still be played and controlled via the dock. its just that theres no sound at all. i tried playing my siblings ipods on it and it all worked seamlessly save for mine. its getting frustrating really! hope someone can help. TIA

try tightening it more . this happened to me w/ my ipod touch . it was too loose
