Digital Media Player Recommendations

Any recommendations for a good HD media player? Must have features for me:
1. Can play full-hd movies into HD-ready Plasma TV (I think it should downscale it?)
2. Has internet connectivity to access Flickr, other photo sites, and do bittorrent
3. Has parental controls so I can choose what internet services are only accessible

So many available ones in the market today... measy, streamer, western digital, kworld.... my budget is 6k max.

Measy E8HD Media Player BT Direct looks promising, it sells for P5400
has built in internet radio, integrated bitTorrent client, and IMS internet media service picasa, flickr, etc...

my old egreat seems to be fading after a few years of watching hd movies, will probably get the E8hd when it conks out

hello! i've got a PCH A210 but its above your budget..but so far i'm satisfied with it and all of the features you are looking for are in the Popcorn Hour A210 plus it can play 3D movies too for future proof

WDTV Live Hub. already with 1TB storage, plays mkv files. it does have a few apps (youtube,facebook,pandora, flicker,accuweather, picasa,flingo, etc.). Got mine from Abacus 6 months ago at 8K.
