Default Unresponsive iPhone 4 lock button

    Hi Guys,

Good day! Just wanted to ask if any of you had the experience of having unresponsive sleep / wake (lock) buttons on your iPhone 4. There are times when mine would be unresponsive about 5% of the times i press it within the day.

More importantly, will Globe cover the replacement or repair of my phone? I got it from them last February.

Thanks and more power to the community!

I've had a unit replaced in hong kong for the same reason. It took 1-2 hours for a replacement.

I've once had an iPhone 3GS from Globe which got stuck in restore mode (i didn't jailbreak it). They got my phone, then replaced it with a new one in about two weeks.

As long as you did not cause the problem (by dropping it for example), Globe should cover it.

got some issue but mine is the home button, i heard that authorize reseller can assist the replacement even if the unit is bought in HK or SG, is this true?

I have not heard of that particular situation shaven. I guess you could ask the Authorized Resellers.

all iphones are now under international warranty - except for China iphones since they have different versions for the Chinese market.
so regardless of where you bought your iphone, they'd replace it at authorized resellers as long as they have spare units. PLUS, if it's factory unlocked, they should unlock it as well.

had mine replaced a few weeks ago because of the home button and vibrate switch.
